Booking confirmation & arrival details will be sent via email or post, no booking can be considered confirmed until written confirmation is received from Buckton House Holiday Cottages.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is to be paid within 1 week of booking.
If booking less than 4 weeks prior to arrival the full balance would be due when booking.
Deposits and final balances can be paid by either PayPal, Cheque (made payable to R & A Griffiths), bank transfer or over the phone using a debit or credit card. Please contact us if requiring further details.
In the event of cancellation prior to the total balance being paid, your deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation after the total balance has been paid, the balance is non-refundable unless the cottage can be re-let, in which case the balance minus the deposit will be refunded.
We recommend you have suitable holiday cancellation insurance.
If there is any damage to the property/ furnishings, or the property/furnishings are left in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to charge for such damage and/or any required additional cleaning.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in any of our cottages.
Only those persons named on the booking, to a maximum of 2, may occupy the property, or use the premises or facilities.
Unfortunately we cannot cater for any person under the age of 16.
Any booking including a person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests can access the cottage from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Guests must vacate the cottage no later than 11am on the day of departure.
One well-behaved house trained dog is permitted (supplement applicable). Please keep your dog off the furniture at all times. Your dog must never be left on the property unsupervised.
Please be aware there is an unguarded pond. Your dog must be supervised at all times.
Secure WiFi is provided free of charge, for moderate use in both cottages. Please be mindful rural WiFi may be not be as quick as you are used to.
WiFi is filtered and if using our WiFi you agree not to use it in any way which would be deemed unacceptable. We hold the right to disable this functionality if/when required.
Buckton House Holiday Cottages cannot be held liable for any damage/loss to any member of the visiting party or personal belongings of the visiting party whilst at the property, however this may be caused.
We reserve the right to cancel your stay if these Terms & Conditions are not adhered to.
